How to Setup a Customer Dunning Letter

  1. Click Customer

  2. Click Manage Customer

     

  3. Click the Customer Number of the customer you're adding a commission profile to


     

  4. Next, choose Manage in the customer menu

     

  5. Select Customer Profile in the dropdown menu

     

  6. Then click Dunning Letter

     

  7. Enter the day of the month the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd dunning letter are to be sent out

     

  8. Next, select the template message you'd like to use for each letter.
    Choose a custom template or leave as the "default" template. 

     

  9. Click Save to save your changes
