How to Setup Automated Customer Statements

  1. Click Customer

  2. Click Manage Customer

     

  3. Click the Customer Number of the customer you're adding a commission profile to


     

  4. Next, choose Manage in the customer menu

     

  5. Select Customer Profile in the dropdown menu

     

  6. Then click Customer Statement

     

  7. In the Customer Statement settings, under Automatic Sending select send statements to the customer either Monthly or Weekly

     

  8. Click Save to save your changes
