How to View Incomplete Orders

View orders that have not been completed or have failed by following these steps.

  1. Go to Orders in the left side menu
  2. Select "Manage Draft Orders" from the Orders dropdown menu
  3. Next you'll find a list of draft orders. In the table you'll find the draft order #, the customer, when it was created, and who it was created by.
    A Draft Order is an order you or someone on your team have created but not completed. This can either be because they chose to save the order as a draft to come back to, or because they completed at least 1 step of creating a new order and left the order. 
     
  4. If you have a store integrated in your workspace, you'll see "Order Exceptions" to the right of Draft Orders. In the Order Exceptions table you'll find the draft order #, the customer, when it was created, and the exception message that explains why this order is incomplete. 
    An Order Exception occurs when an incoming order from one of your store integrations has failed.
