The key to locating tracking information for an order is to ensure your operations/ SCM team is entering tracking information as orders are worked. There are two primary ways to locate this information: (1) within the order and (2) in Tracking & Follow Up.
Tracking Information
- Filling Packing Slip
Enter the tracking information when shipping from the warehouse
- Order Follow-Up
Enter tracking information when completing order follow-up with other vendors.
Order Details
- Click on Order
In the main navigation menu, select "Orders" and click on Orders List. Then, select the order in question.
- Order Details
In the "Order Details" tab, select the "History" link.
- Warehouse
In the "Warehouse" tab, click on the WH Ticket history link.
Tracking & Followup
- Click on Tracking Icon
In the main navigation menu, expand the Orders module, select "Tracking & Follow-up", then locate the order in question and click on the "Tracking" icon.
- Click on Resend Tracking
Click on the "Resend Tracking" tab to view tracking details. Note you also have the option to send tracking information to customers and sales team.
