How to Setup Automatic Customer On Hold Status Updates

  1. Click Customer

  2. Click Manage Customer

     

  3. Click the Customer Number of the customer you're adding a commission profile to


     

  4. Next, choose Manage in the customer menu

     

  5. Select Customer Profile in the dropdown menu

     

  6. Then click Order Status

     

  7. Next, choose the condition the orders must meet before being automatically placed On Hold

     

  8. If you'd like to send specific users a notification when any orders for this customer are placed On Hold, enter them under the On-Hold Notification section

     

  9. Click Save to save your changes
