How To Manage Tracking & Follow-Up

  1. Click on Tracking & Followup

    In the main navigation menu, select the "Orders" module and click on "Tracking & Follow up".

  2. Sort Orders by Status

    To sort orders by status, click on the PO status field and select statuses. You can also review orders and update orders without sorting.

  3. Select an Order

    Select an order and review order history, internal notes, and any comments pertinent to the order.

  4. Click on Tracking

    In the right side icon menu, click on the truck to update tracking information.

  5. Update Tracking

    Update tracking information and click submit.

  6. Click on Freight Cost

    By entering the shipping cost associate with the order, you will auto-populate the "Net Freight" filed for customer invoicing.

  7. Click on the "Flag" 

    To update status, click on the "Flag" icon and update the status, such as Finalized. You can also add notes, select a follow up date, and detail the person contact and how they were contacted.

  8. Remove from List

    To remove the order from your follow up list, click on the "remove from list" check box.
