How to Create/Modify Templates and Branding

Create or modify templates for customer-facing and supplier-facing documents, such as customer invoice templates and adding disclaimers to order acknowledgements.

  1. Click on Master

    In the main navigation menu, select the Administration module and click on "Master".

  2. Click on Define Template

    In the "Miscellaneous Codes/ Group 2", click on "Define Template".

  3. Click on a Template

    From the template list, select a template to modify.

  4. Modify Template

    Click on the text boxes to make any edits. HTML code is provided on the same page. Scroll down and click Save.

  5. Create New Template

    In the right corner of the "Define Template" page, click on the green "+ New HTML Template" button.

  6. Enter Template Information

    Write template message inserting the HTML links as necessary. Then, click Save.

  7. Click on Brands

    Another area to modify/create new templates is housed within "Brands". Under Master in the "Branding" section, click on "Brands".

  8. Click on Active Brand

    Select an active brand to modify or create a new brand.

  9. Enter Messages

    Scroll through the brand and insert messages to be applied to various customer/supplier facing documents

  10. New Messages

    New messages auto-populate on all documents.
