How To Create A Reference Item

1. Navigate to Inventory > Item List > Add new > Reference Item

   

2. Enter the information

   Only the fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are required

   

3. You can add your own variants by clicking "Add My Own"

   

⚠️ Pull item from Supplier

You can only use this if the item is from an integrated supplier e.g (SanMar, AlphaBroder etc)

4. You can also use "Pull item from supplier"

   This will automatically populate info related to the item

   

5. Choose the variants you want to add

   

💡 Vertical Bar (|)

Adding the vertical bar (|) in between the variant name lets you add multiple variants at the same time

6. Add the variants, cost and sell

   

⚠️ Pricing Matrix

The pricing matrix currently works only for inventory items

7. Choose your decorator

   You can use 'Vendor as Decorator' if you want to use the item supplier as your decorator

   

8. Enter the information

   Only the fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are required

   

9. Click on Blank Variants

   Add the variants you want to use for this Decoration Info

   

⚠️ Make sure to assign the artwork to variant using Blank Variant

If the item does not have variants you would choose "Undefine" on the blank variant screen.

⚠️ Save Button

"If you add information to a tab with a save button, make sure to click 'Save' before proceeding to the next step."

10. Adding Categories

    You can skip this step.

    

11. Click on Save

    Your reference item has been successfully created
